As an executive life coach and life strategist, I have spent more than a decade helping people find their “happy.” My work is rooted in my experience as a writer and published author — I have a keen sense of “the story” we all tell about our lives. My goal is to help my clients change their narrative from “I can’t” and “I’m afraid” to “I am willing to see this in a new way and tell a different story.” I help mid-career executives, small business owners, and would-be authors achieve the life they crave.
I am a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and past board member for the International Coaching Federation, Bay Area Chapter, and a member of the California Writers Club.

Previously to my work as an executive life coach, I held leadership roles with large and small nonprofit teams, managed boards of directors, and helped raise more than $20M. With a BA in journalism from Gonzaga University and an MFA in creative writing from Mills College, blended with untamed creativity, I am an award winning writer and author of Journaling As Sacred Practice: An Act of Extreme Bravery and What is Possible From Here. The anthology, LOVE NOTES From the Soul, represents 30 fresh voices and soul deep wisdom. LOVE NOTES will arrive in February, 2024.
Beautiful Sonoma County, California is my home. In my spare time, I love to hike, walk my rescue pups, Sir Winston and the fabulous Mr. Blue, travel, and prepare gourmet meals for friends.
